         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think Tennyson’s idea of Odysseus does not fit the epics.  Tennyson states that Odysseus has a old wife and is not going to want to settle down.  His reprentation of Odysseus is that he will leave and seek out adventure again.  Why the epic contradicts Tennyson’s idea is because in books 23 and 24 we can really see Odysseus doing things that he would only really do if he was going to stay for a long time.  For example proving himself to Penelope w/ the bed.  </div>]]></description>

In book 24 I reveal how your actions have consequences and how things are resolved. As well in book 23 I reunite Odysseus and Penelope and everyone can see the relationship between them meeting after 20 years away.</div>]]></description>
