      <title>INTERVENTIONS &amp; INNOVATIONS: A NEW Response to Intervention by Travis Graham</title>

      <description>Creating an environment where both struggling learners and lead-learners can grow proves to be challenging. As a standards-based grading high school, we have developed a data-driven response to struggling learners while providing enrichment opportunities for lead-learners. With focus on the four cores: Math, English, Science, and Social Studies, struggling learners are provided targeted interventions specific to their academic needs.  The use of cooperative learning strategies and goal setting help connect struggling learners in a way that is engaging and meaningful. Simultaneously, our lead-learners are provided access to innovation zones where they can connect with things they are passionate about learning.</description>
