I found the psychosocial aspect of the course very interesting. Some reading material could be updated.

It has opened my mind up to new perspectives and ways of viewing the world and others. I thought the experiential group was the most challenging and, personally, a completely new way to explore self and others. The theory sessions and online material was thought provoking and very helpful for learning.
