Lemon meringue pie hits the spot its delicious and here's why one who loves lemonade lemon meringue pie is just that in a pie it's so yummy I wish i could have it everyday but mostly I just have it once in a while because it's so sweet.Heres another secret I wish lemon pie could be our state pie because then everyone could share the goodness all at the same time. I also like lemon krimpets and lemon water but lemon pie is the firs runner up with its lemon custard filling and fluffy meringue topping lemon meringue pie is usually prepared with a bottom with the meringueย  directly on top of the lemon filling.ย 
That's why I love lemon pie.
