1. Introduction

Good morning everyone. I’m very pleased to be here today to present our topic.
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is ..., I’m a member of group 3, and together with my group, I will talk about one of the most business trends in Vietnam today: Coffee chain franchising.

We chose this topic because coffee has become not only a major export product but also a booming service industry in Vietnam, attracting both local and international investors. Franchising, in particular, has emerged as a hot trend, offering opportunities, challenges, and lessons for businesses in the F&B sector.

In our presentation, we will follow three main parts. In the first main part, we will present the current situation of coffee chain franchising in Vietnam and identify the key problems. The second main part, we will analyze the causes behind these problems. And finally, we will discuss possible solutions for both franchisors and franchisees.

This presentation will take about 15 minutes. If you have any questions, please feel free to raise them at the end.
And before I begin, let me ask you this: What makes Vietnam such a “golden land” for coffee chains and franchising businesses?

2. Conclusion

So, I have now come to the end of our presentation.
To sum up, our group has presented the current context of coffee chain franchising in Vietnam, analyzed the key challenges and their causes, and finally proposed several solutions for both franchisors and franchisees.

One important point I would like to emphasize is that Vietnam is truly a “golden land” for coffee franchising. The market has great potential thanks to its unique coffee culture and a young, dynamic population. However, not every international model can succeed here without proper adaptation to local culture and business environment. In fact, local brands that combine localization in products, pricing, and customer experience often achieve greater success.

Overall, franchising not only enables coffee chains to expand quickly and more professionally, but also creates opportunities for small businesses to enter the F&B market with lower risks. At the same time, both domestic and international brands need to focus on sustainability, consumer trends, and consistency in quality in order to maintain their competitive advantage.

That is why I truly believe franchising will continue to be the preferred business model for Vietnam’s coffee industry in the future.
Thank you all for listening. Now, I am ready to answer any questions you may have.

Good morning everyone. Thank you very much for being here today. I’m really happy to see so many of you.

My name is [Your Name]. I am a student who is interested in environmental problems, especially plastic waste.

The topic of my presentation today is “The increase of plastic waste caused by Coca-Cola’s packaging.” This is an important topic because plastic waste is now one of the biggest problems for our environment. Coca-Cola, as one of the largest drink companies in the world, has a big role in this issue.

My presentation has four main parts: first, some background and theory; second, the current situation of Coca-Cola’s packaging; third, the impacts of this plastic waste; and finally, some solutions and recommendations.

By the end of this talk, we will see how Coca-Cola’s packaging affects the environment and learn about possible ways to build a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Conclusion

I would like to finish my presentation here. First, we talked about what plastic waste is and why packaging is an important part of the problem. Then, I explained how Coca-Cola uses plastic packaging and how much waste it creates. We also looked at the effects on the environment, on people, and on the company’s image. Finally, I suggested some possible solutions to improve the situation.

The main point I want to stress is this: as a global company, Coca-Cola has a big responsibility to change. If the company uses more eco-friendly packaging, it will help reduce plastic pollution and set a good example for others.

Thank you for listening. Do you have any questions?

Introduction

Hello, everyone! My name is Long . It's a pleasure to be here with you today.

Today, I'm going to talk about a very important topic: sustainable consumption. I will share my research about plastic waste and what a big company like Unilever is doing to help solve this problem.

My talk will have three main parts.

First, I'll explain the problem of plastic waste.

Then, I'll talk about why Unilever wants to solve this problem.

And finally, I will present some of the solutions they have found.

I have a handout with all the key information for you. You can take it with you after the talk, so you don't need to write everything down now.

Conclusion

We’ve reached the end of today’s talk. To recap, we first explored the global issue of plastic waste, polluting oceans and ecosystems. Next, we discussed why Unilever is committed to tackling this problem, driven by sustainability and its supply chain role. Finally, we reviewed their solutions, like reducing virgin plastic, developing recyclable packaging, and refill programs in markets. Unilever’s pledge to collect more plastic than it sells in emerging markets like India and Indonesia, partnering with UNDP to build sustainable recycling systems. This is vital as it reduces pollution, creates fair jobs, and promotes a circular economy, safeguarding our planet for future generations. In closing, Unilever is leading the charge toward a waste-free world through global collaboration. Please refer to the handout for key details. Now, I’d love to hear your questions about plastic waste or Unilever’s strategies. Thank you!.

Good morning/afternoon everyone. Thank you for being here today. My name is [Tên của bạn], and I'm delighted to have this opportunity to speak with you about a topic that affects all of us as consumers.

How many of you have made an online purchase in the last week? [Pause for response] And how many of you have visited a physical store in that same period? [Pause] This simple show of hands demonstrates the reality we're living in today - we're all navigating between two distinct shopping worldsToday, I want to explore the fascinating debate between online and offline shopping - two methods that are reshaping how we think about commerce and consumer behavior.

Background: Shopping has fundamentally transformed in the digital age, evolving from a purely physical activity to a hybrid experience that spans both digital and traditional retail environments. The retail sector, which accounts for a significant portion of global economic activity, has witnessed unprecedented changes in consumer behavior patterns. Relevance: This topic is particularly relevant because approximately 43 percent of consumers in the United States said they would prefer to shop mostly online rather than in-store as of early 2023. This shift represents a significant change in consumer behavior, particularly accelerated by global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Interestingly, in 2021, 83% of consumers shopped online and 83% shopped in-store, indicating that many consumers utilize both channels. Thesis Statement: Both online and offline shopping have unique benefits and drawbacks that serve different consumer needs and preferences. The optimal choice depends on what individual shoppers value most: convenience and variety offered by online platforms, or trust and direct product experience provided by physical stores.

I've divided my presentation into three main parts that will help us understand this shopping evolution: First, I'll be looking at the advantages and challenges of online shopping - examining how digital platforms have revolutionized the way we purchase goods. Second, I'll go on to explore offline shopping benefits and limitations - understanding why physical stores remain relevant in our digital age. Finally, I'll offer some insights on how consumers can make informed decisions and how these two shopping methods can complement each other.

Neither online nor offline shopping represents a universally superior choice. Each method offers distinct advantages that serve different consumer needs, preferences, and circumstances. Online shopping excels in convenience, variety, and cost-effectiveness, while offline shopping provides immediate gratification, product certainty, and experiential value.

The optimal approach for modern consumers involves understanding the strengths and limitations of both channels and strategically selecting the appropriate method based on specific purchase requirements. As retail continues evolving, the most successful consumers will be those who effectively leverage both online and offline channels, maximizing the benefits while mitigating the drawbacks of each approach.

The future of retail lies not in the dominance of one channel over another, but in the sophisticated integration of both online and offline experiences to create seamless, efficient, and satisfying consumer journeys that combine the best elements of digital convenience with physical reality.
