         <title>Staying fit</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Any type of physical activity can improve fitness and your health, most important thing is to keep moving and not stop, keeping your heart rate up. <br>- Exercise should be a regular part of your day like brushing your teeth, eating, and sleeping. Can be in gym class or joining any sport team. <br>- a good mental attitude is important, find an active you think is fun or that you’ll enjoy a lot. <br>-  Find a friend or any family member to workout with that way you can motivate each other and people find that more fun to exercise. <br>-Keep your heart pumping, find any activity that will keep you breathe harder and increase your heart rate, it’s the best type of exercise because it increases your fitness level and makes your heart and lungs work better, on top of that it burns body fat which is good to stay fit. <br>- One goal you should put to yourself is to some some exercise everyday, it’s good to do some activities without stopping for at least 20 to 30 minutes each time. Do the activity often if possible (Don’t exercise to the point where you feel pain).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>•You would need to watch less tv or spend less time playing computer or any video games, Use that time to workout instead. <br>- a good way for beginners is to do some sit-ups and stretches, use hand weights, or use a stationary bike, treadmill, or a stair climber. <br>• Eat 3 healthy meals a day or depends how you schedule your meals. In this healthy meals you include at least 4 servings of fruit, 5 servings of vegetables, and 4 servings of dairy products.<br>• Make sure you drink plenty of fluid before, during, and during exercise (water is the best option). <br>- Drink less or stop drinking fewer regular soft drinks.<br>•Eat less junk food and fast food (All those are often full of fat) <br>- Get at least 8 hours of sleep but you should really get 10 or 9 hours of sleep every night.<br>- Do not smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, or so drugs.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
