A relaxed, open stance (arms open, legs relaxed), and a friendly tone will make you appear approachable and will encourage others to speak openly with you. A good communication skill means saying just enough don’t talk too much or too little. So when you want clearly and directly, whether you're speaking to someone in person, on the phone, or via email. If you ramble on, your listener will either tune you out or will be unsure of exactly what you want.</div>]]></description>

And for speaking skills, our tone of voice matters as we need to be friendly so that customers will feel welcomed and approacable and not only that, we need to be be gentle so that customers will feel more relaxed and more comfortable in asking questions. And we also need to speak  clearly so that  customers can  understand what our workers are trying to say and no misunderstandings would be caused .</div>]]></description>

Your body language is also very important as if the customers might get the wrong message just by looking at your body language, and they also need to show respect to their customers even if they are being rude to you.
