Description: In this parking lot, there is a very limited parking area. This area fills up very easily as it is the only parking lot that close to the beach. 
Why is it an improvement for this area: I think my solution is good because they don't use their space very efficiently. They have enough space to build what I have shown bellow. They are thin but very tall meaning they can fit a lot of people. There are four of them each bending. 
COMMERCIAL: In my given area I put in a mall which contains like shops. They are purely pleasure shops, that means they do not include food shops. I have also put in a kids area so when the parents want to go to the mall or the supermarket, they can do that peacefully while their child is being taken car of. There is also a cinema so you and your friends can go after you have gone to the mall or even if you made some plans. In the centre I made a food court which will contain all dine-in and take away restaurants. In the bottom right corner there is a supermarket so you don't have to drive 20km just to get some food. The location is convenient because even if you need something little it is just next to you. 
GREENERY: As you can see in my picture, all the green is grass and trees. Not only that but it can also be used as a picnic area if you want a romantic meal. Right next to the greenery there are fountains. 
HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL SPACE: I used the vertical space as well as the horizontal space very wisely. The apartments (as mentioned before) are very slim in size but reach very high. My second adaptation is that the bed is on top of the closet. This is using the vertical space as well as the horizontal.
