The What-ifs listed in the video are:

What if we could help 7 million people see?

What if we could bring renewable energy to more than 1 billion people without electricity?

What if football could lift people out of homelessness? What if we could eliminate mother-to-child transmissions?

What if technology could reconnect refugee families? What if technology could connect refugees to job markets?

What if access to healthcare, a safe home, mobility, healthy foods, education, clean air, fair wages, digital access, security, art, public space, leisure, drinkable water, was equal to all?

In my opinion, the what-ifs are the possibilities and outcomes that the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship is trying to achieve by turning them into reality through tearing down barriers and building communities, connecting technology and AI in third-world countries, and providing access to basic necessities such as food, water, and accommodation to the needy.

The social innovators of Schwab Foundation have built a sustainable culture of peace by activating ecosystems and developing capacities to empower a new generation to step up as protagonists in building a culture of peace in Colombia, strengthening public health and welfare systems for adolescents and youths through participatory processes in India, harnessing the transformative power of AI to tackle food insecurity, climate change, and food safety to support small-scale farmers and democratize access to justice and ensure most marginalised people can access their legal rights. In addition, these social innovators have taken community-centric approaches to development by providing solutions to the needs of orphans, including coming up with programmes for education, health, and sexual and gender-based violence. Generally, 891 million lives were directly improved by the social innovators of the Schwab Foundation. The team of value-driven, inclusive, entrepreneurial individuals who reimagine social and economic systems to be more inclusive of people and the planet has generated $902 million in revenue and created 28,000 jobs in the last 3 cohorts, as well as mobilized $1.2 billion in resources.

In 2020, the Schwab Foundation initiated the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship as the most comprehensive multi-stakeholder coalition in support of the social innovation sector. The Alliance and its 100+ members represent over 100,000 social entrepreneurs and bring together a rich and growing ecosystem of corporations, investors, philanthropists, governments, researchers, media, and industry actors.

The ' What ifs' mentioned in the video.

1. What if we could help 7 million people see?

2. What if we could bring renewable energy to more than 1 billion people without electricity?

3. What if football could lift people out of homelessness

4. What if we could eliminate mother to child HIV transmission?

5. What if technology could reconnect refugee families?

6. What if technology connect refugees to job markets?

7. What if access to health care, safe home , mobility, healthy food, education, clean air, fair wages, digital access, security, art, public space, leisure, drinkable water was equal to all?

In my own perspective, I would say that the meaning for the term 'What ifs' would be the referred to the context of where how hypothetical scenarios that such social innovators have decided to bring or even considered to be able lead to a impactful work, which can be addressed in the potential future scenarios and possibilities, when having to face the realm of social innovation. Having to press the term ' What ifs' to be a contemplation of how current situations now can be funnelled into probing solutions, leading to ease of livability for all.

The Schwab Foundation from the time period of 2019 to 2022, they have been well noticed and notable for the level of activities they have managed to allow plenty of social innovators to set a growth path to the level of positive impact they are able to foster. For instance, their social innovators from 2019 to 2022 were able to significantly improve 891 million lives worldwide. They were also able to mobilise up to $1.2 billion in resources and were able to generate up to $902 million in revenue through their last three cohorts. Having to lead to a direct job creation of 28,000 jobs, with a highly trusted community, conducted surveys were able to fetch more 90% of respondents to be satisfied and able to press high trust levels. Schwab Foundation's systemic change approach to their commitment of having to empowering individuals, remodeling social innovations for greater impact, its local partnership ecosystems, utilized community feedback and having to grow through its process of having to release its control for social change, allows them to be able to achieve greater heights in setting, 'What ifs' into reality.

These are the issues Schwab Foundation identified, thus they work on solutions to tackle these problems and support affected groups.

3) Schwab Foundation created social impact through many initiatives by its members, covering issues across the various sectors. One such initiative was implemented by a pair of social entrepreneurs, Andrew Baird and Ronald Bruder, under EFE. They helped to bridge the gap between education and the job market for unemployed and marginalized youth, women and refugees, providing them with the skills and training needed to succeed and bringing opportunities to them. EFE operates in ten countries, impacting nearly 180,000 young people in the Middle East and North Africa. Sameh Galey, founder of Together Association for Development and Environment, started the development of water and sanitization infrastructure that builds the capabilities of local communities to implement development projects within their regions. The model had been implemented over in over 150 villages, impacting more than 2 million families in Egypt.

In my opinion, these what-ifs are social issues that urgently need to be tackled as they have been prevailing up to this day and age. The Schwab Foundation aims to tackle these issues by coming up with innovative solutions to address these issues swiftly and effectively. Through their initiatives, I am sure that the process towards a more equitable world would be near for all.

3. the Schwab Foundation has recognized social innovators as a courageous new breed of leaders—values-driven, inclusive, and entrepreneurial individuals who reimagine social and economic systems to be more inclusive and sustainable for the planet. Their models prioritize purpose over profit and have demonstrated effectiveness and economic viability in creating social and environmental progress. These have led them to achieve certain KPIs such as $902 million generated in revenue by the last three cohorts and 28,000 jobs directly created by those three last cohorts.

The "What ifs," in my opinion, allude to problems that people encounter globally. The Schwab Foundation is working to discover answers for such issues in order to support individuals and communities who face them.

3. Based on online research, Schwab Foundation has helped improve 891 million lives. $1.2 billion mobilised in resources by surveyed awardees. $902 million of combined revenue of the 64 organisations generated in revenue by the last 3 cohorts. 28,000 jobs directly created by those 3 last cohorts, providing economic stability to a wide range of communities. 90% of surveyees have high/very high trust on their community, and 73% of surveyees have collaborated with fellow awardees.

EFE operates in ten countries, impacting nearly 180,000 young people in the Middle East and North Africa.
