Main task was the open space structure of kitchen, dining and living area.

Raum-und-Kunst_Kueche_TischTo cope with the customer wishes of a kitchen island, a large dining room table for up to 8 people and a generous sense of space, it only takes about 35 m2 for imaginative planning.

The highlight of the apartment is the "staging of the living space" - the new concept of d.sign21: In cooperation with the photo artist Claus Rudolph, large-format works of art are integrated into the space, which complete and expand it.

For example, accessories of the image can be continued like carpets in the room - you can see them in two dimensions and experience them in real life. This creates a whole new sense of space.

Raum-und-Kunst_2In this project Claus Rudolph was not too sorry to comply with the abstruse request of d.sign21 and his artwork "Stille! Night! "(2006) to divide into two and install it separately on the adjoining walls of the corridor. 


With the picture, the architecture frames the movement space of the customer, who thus becomes part of the artwork. The entire interior design, as well as the product "LiftIt" were implemented in cooperation with the carpenter Bohnert (Ottenhöfen-Furschenbach)....
