More specifically women with young children who are approaching low to middle primary school years. These Young parents will be assessing options for their children of which high school they will be aiming for. 
They will be starting to actively work with their child to improve cognitive functioning, so their child will have a better performance in school.

The overall atmosphere of the promotional video will need to be welcoming and encouraging, present logical information on systems that are already established and tested on generations. 
I will be aiming to show the many multicultural and diverse ethnic families of existing band members. The different friendship groups established within school friends and social groups. 
The band has some events coming up, some footage included in the video could be of after concert reactions. Excited Beginner members after their first concert performance, soloists being congratulated on a stellar performance. If i can demonstrate some of the high emotional points for accomplished young musicians, it will demonstrate a lasting impression of the benefits of community musical education.
