One thing that stresses me out is studying. This stresses me out if there's a lot of marital to cover in a short amount of time. This is because for example if there's around 3 or 4 pages of things to memorize in the spam of a week it might stress me out. This is because I am not quick to memorize things. For me its hard to memorize a lot of things in a short amount of time so it stresses me out.

Another thing that stresses me out is my grades. I try my hardest to get good grades. So if I don't have over a 90-95 in every class I get very stressed and upset. It stresses me out because then I know I have to try harder even if I tried my hardest. Making me stressed. If I don't get good grades my parents also get mad at me. They get upset and tell me to try harder. That stresses me out because I am trying but they don't understand some subjects are harder to understand then others.

Another thing that stresses me out is failing. I get upset and stressed if I'm not good at something. When I try to do something and I fail at it I get stressed out because I think I'm not good enough at it. That makes me force myself to do better and try harder next time, which makes me stressed out because i feel like I'm putting to much pressure on myself, but it is something I cant control.

The last thing that gives me stress is chores. Chores give me stress because after school I want to come back home to do my homework, study and go to bed. That's because school is tiering and when I come home I just want to relax. I don't want to come home to a list of chorus. It adds on to the many things I have to do and responsivity's I have. It becomes stressful overtime.

The person I chose for my hero is my best friend, Claire. She relives my stress just by being around her. She always knows they appropriate time to make a joke or how to cheer me up. When ever I'm upset or mad about something I can always go talk to her and she will make me feel better about it. I never feel embarrassed telling her about something that is troubling me, and she never makes me feel embarrassed about telling her. We have similar problems and stresses. We are always able to talk about them to each other and understand each other. She is also always able to know when I'm upset or stressed about something. I don't even need to tell her anything, but she can tell that I'm upset by the way I text, the expression on my face or the way I'm taking. She also knows not to point it out in public because she knows I don't like talking about what's troubling me in front of other people. So instead she will ask me what's wrong after class, when we leave the big group of people or over text. She makes sure everything is okay and why I'm upset/looked upset. She makes me feel so much happier and being around her makes my day better. I could talk about our relationship and why she relives my stress forever. This is why as my hero I chose my best friend, Claire.

This means what ever I'm stressed about/going through my family can help me feel better about it and not feel like I'm not the only one going though it.

An example of another resource I can reach out to is a therapist. If I am feeling stressed or upset about something I can schedule a meet with any therapist near me and I can talk to them about my feelings. I can also look online to see if any are open to calls or online meet ups and I can meet with them the same day or the next. This helps because I am able to talk about my problems and feelings with someone that would have good advice.

One coping mechanism I have is listening to music. If I am stressed, upset, mad or honestly feeling anything I can listen to music and It will make me feel better. Listening to music is like if everything around me stops and I am able to think about my feelings, and forget them. If I am worried about something music can also distract me. This makes me less stressed and clams me down.

Journaling allows me to get out my feelings in a good or bad way, resulting to me having less on my mind. Having less thoughts on my mind helps me be less stressed.

The last coping mechanism I use is yoga. Yoga is very helpful to me if I am ever having stress because it helps clam my mind down and also allows my body to feel relaxed. There are a lot of different levels you can do in yoga so its very easy to start out. This allows it to be a fun hobby that is stress free and that doesn't need to involve a lot of thinking to do. Its a easy and fun way to clam yourself down and reflect on your feelings. That's why I love to do it when stressed.
