         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Estates General of 1789 summoned by Louis XVI, was an assembly that represented the French estates of the realms summoned by Louis XVI. They were brought together with the objective of proposing solutions to France's financial problems. This assembly then met its end, when the Third Estate formed into a National Assembly. Which then signaled for the outbreak of the French Revolution.</div>]]></description>

The oaths purpose was to allow for the formation and reassembly of the National Assembly wherever sought fitting. This was practically meant to last until until the Constitution of the kingdom was established.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Napoleon Bonaparte died in May 1821, on the remote island of St. Helena. To most he was an outcast and rebel, but to France, he was seen as a devotee of the Enlightenment. In the years after his death, Napoleon’s image faced a sever alteration in France. The monarchy had been restored, but since the late 1820s it had grown unpopular. This fall from popularity actually revived Napoleon’s reputation and put him in a more heroic light.</div>]]></description>
