This training course is designed in a way to give participants a lot of practical learning through work with real project application forms.

2. Participant should be 18+.

- Some web 2 tools can also be introduced used in conducting a project

- Evaluation of activities and intellectual outputs through e.g. peer review

- Install external or internal evaluator 

- Outcomes should be examined if they meet the targets or not. (Are the overall objectives and expected outcomes clear, relevant, innovative?-The project should be relevant to recognise national and regional identified needs and priorities.-Was the budget used efficiently?)
