My relatives on my father side are also christians, they also helped me walk in my christian life by sharing God’s love, worshiping Him and enjoying His presence by also reading devotionals for kids. But as I do this things there are still things that i do not understand since i was still in my elementary those days. I was not aware of everything that i do wrong and still can’t relate on church sermons. I am the kid who always throw up anger on my siblings when I am not in the mood or I just don’t like what they were doing. I enjoyed my life but still felt that somethings missing. I did not know that there is also a youth service or where teens gather listening to a preaching in our church. I was shocked seeing a lot of high school and college students praising and worshiping God. She is the one who help me know more about the love of God and started to meet her weekly. Every time she share God’s word to me, I often cry because I realised and understand more that  even if I am a sinner, Christ still chose to die and rose again to save me from my sins even if I do not deserve to be loved. The hunger and thirst to know more of God stirred up that makes me want to meet my friend weekly even if I’m the person who is shy and I am having a hard time talking to people that I don’t know. It was a step out of my comfort zone to meet new people out of my school but it was the best decision that I made. Since the day that I met her my life was filled with joy because of her genuine and passionate heart to share God’s love to me. I call her as my leader because she leads me to the path where God wants be to be in (my purpose in life). As time pass by I get to know more how to live a christian life and learned to love God and love other people. Becoming more of an understanding person to different personalities. Then I finally made a decision to surrender my life to Christ. Letting Him enter my life because I know His plans are the best than what I think and He is the one who created us and so we are also created for His purpose.

Declaring that Jesus is the only way, the truth that we could hold on, and the life where we can be satisfied. Knowing that repentance is aligning to God's will and a step to learn from the mistakes that were made and grow more to become a better person. A surrendered life to Christ is the best decision that I made in my life. Living a life acknowledging God would always lead us to the right path in life and would be fulfilling by being guided by our Heavenly Father.

 Reminding myself that religion is good but what's more important is having a personal relationship with God than just doing good works without acknowledging Him.
