Twisted pair cabling is a form of wiring in which two
conductors are wound together for the purposes of canceling
out electromagnetic interference (EMI) from external
sources.

*Twisting wires decreases interference because the loop
area between the wires is reduced.

*The two wires typically carry equal and opposite
signals which are nutralized because of phase shift.
twisted pair cables are very qualitative in nature as they
prevent electromagnetic interference from external sources
and crosstalk from external wires. They are majorly used in
telephone networks, data networks and cable shielding. Our
twisted pair cables are of two types, which are: Shielded
Twisted Pair Cables: These cables protect cable from
external electromagnetic interferences and are used with
token ring networks. Unshielded Twisted Pair Cables: These
are the unshielded twisted pair cables which are highly
flexible and long lasting in nature. Our cables are used in
many Ethernet networks and telephone systems

The main advantage of unshielded twisted pair cables is that they are cheaper per meter compared to their shielded counterparts and other types of local area network cabling.

https://automationforum.in/t/application-of-twisted-pair-cable/200

https://tse3.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.r5rBshzH-P26fuoMs0aXhwHaH6&w=181&h=180&c=7&o=5&pid=1.7

Coaxial cables or COAX cables are the ideal solution for all applications requiring high speed data and video, flexibility, protection from extreme environment and high and low temperature resistance. Where you need a signal with minimum distortion and attenuation or no interferences, coaxial cables play a pivotal part. In fact, thanks to their twin conductor construction nature, they are able to ward off many issues produced by bifilary wires.

Coaxial cables consist of two copper or aluminium coaxially oriented conductors surrounded by a tubular insulating layer, enclosed by a conducting shield. The quality of coaxial cables affects the signal interference; higher quality ensures a minimum signal interference. Moreover, also the density of the shielding affects the quality of the COAX. The result is that high quality materials and manufacturing process are essential to manufacture a reliable coaxial cable.

Generally, coaxial cables end with connectors that are usually manufactured with high conductivity metals. There are many different kinds of coaxial cables, which are generally defined by electrical capabilities, outer diameter or materials. However, most coaxial cables are manufactured in line with RF industry standards, the American norm MIL-DTL-17 and the French norm NF-C-93550.

An example is represented by RG cables, where the copper and aluminium copper clad wire quality, as well as the foaming extrusion, are part of the efficiency of signal.

Although the solutions for a high quality coaxial cable manufacturing look like straightforward, the design of these lines requires expertise and a deep understanding of the final product. At Sampsistemi, we do not see our intervention as a mere product supplier. Our solid expertise in the field as manufacturer, designer and supplier of these remanufacturing solutions, gives us an holistic understanding and all the know how to optimize the solution based on customer needs and specific industry requirements from the drawing (single wire & multi-wire) to the extrusion (insulation & sheathing), passing through the wire assembling (bunching).
https://www.sampsistemi.com/applications/coax-cables/

Advantages of fiber optic cableThere are lot of advantages for fiber optic cable over other cables. An optical fibre offers low power loss. This allows for longer transmission distances. In comparison to copper; in a network, the longest recommended copper distance is 100m while with fibre, it is 2000m.

One side of the cable may be nearer the source; if the cable is not twisted, the effects may accumulate. If it is twisted, the pattern alternates between voltage in one direction, and voltage in the opposite direction, so the interference will be cancelled, not completely, but to a great extent.

Types of Coaxial Cable

Coaxial cable can carry digital signals for internet connections, cable television, and other new technology. Some types of coaxial cable have different uses in a residential or commercial project.

Hard Line Coaxial Cable
Hard line cables are often used for high signal strength applications, as with radio transmitters or other devices. Hard line cables typically measure up to or more than 1/2 inch thick. For heavy duty signal transmissions, a variety of popular brands are available. Each of these produce many specialized types, with varying properties and capacities.

RG-6 Coaxial Cable
RG-6 is likely the most familiar coaxial cable on this list. Used for relaying cable TV and other signals, "RG" stands for “radio guide” and references the capacity of the cable. However, according to some consumer advocates, an RG rating does not often accurately indicate the overall quality of the cable or the materials that it is made with. Since RG-6 is used for high-definition signals, techs from cable companies are often replacing RG-5 cables with RG-6 in clients' homes. As the current standard, RG-6 is the desirable cable rating for today’s home and commercial entertainment systems. RG-6 comes in several varieties, some of which have more waterproofing for underwater or moisture prone areas of installation.

Semi-Rigid Coaxial Cable

This type of coaxial cable has a harder shielding metal and is therefore less flexible. It may be useful in situations where cables do not have to curve around obstacles.

Tri-axial Cable

This extra-strength cable has an additional layer of shield to discourage electromagnetic interference. It can be helpful in conditions where the cable may be vulnerable to high-strength electromagnetic forces.

Twin-Axial Cable

This paired cable represents another alternative to conventional coaxial cables for a number of different installation types.

https://www.doityourself.com/stry/5-different-types-of-coax-cable-explained
