They will test you Klinefelter Syndrome by taking your blood and urine to see if the hormone levels are okay. If they are not they have to do another test called Chromosome Analysis where check the shape and number of chromosomes in your blood. This can be diagnosed before birth but not a lot of people do get diagnosed before birth.
