The idea that one knows nothing of the outcomes adds to the unrefined beauty. He uses the beauty of nature a lot as a strong component in his artistry, often hanging pinhole cameras made out of smaller objects such as tinned cans on to the ends of bridges or up in trees. He puts the outcome in the hands of faith and time and that is what makes his wok so beautiful. Often working on larger scales such as using wheel bins as the basis of his pinhole cameras, Quinnell never shy's form originality and unrestricted creativity.

By taking the (1) camera body cap, (2)finding the middle, (3) drilling a hole in the middle, (4) covering the hole with black aluminium, (5) securing the aluminium with black tape, (6) finding the middle of the tape, (7)poking a hole through it with a pin and then finally (8) attaching the body cap back to your camera you have now created the ability to capture pinhole images using a DSLR.
