What was great about him was his pure enthusiasm for the topic. Q2+3 - the most standout teacher for me was my year 5 teacher Mr Bartlett. He was memorable as we all had a different indoor plant on our desk to look after to teach us about responsibility. He also had us plan our school camp in groups. For example, in our groups we had to organise our transport to Belair caravan park (by using train and bus timetables and maps), our budget and shopping list for food. Obviously we had adult help but it was a great real-world learning activity.
