This company was not only provided a hair care and beauty services, but they also provided bridal services such as make up and wedding dress for their customers. My work time is from 9.00 am until 3.00 pm. I am allowed to take a break for recess at 12.00pm and continue my work at 1.00 pm. For my first day, the Spa’s owner , Miss Najihah Bt Ahmad Bukhari or I called her Cik Gee took me to look around the Spa’s area and introduced me to the products and services that being offered by the Spa .After that, she told me about the tasks that I need do during my 10 day's SIEP practical at the Spa. For example, cleaning and arranging the tools and machines. As today is my first day, Cik Gee did not ask me to do any task yet, she only explain to me about what i need to know about their services and products and what am i supposed to do as a worker at the Spa. She teached me how to fold the towel that has being used for the customers correctly and she explained about the chemical substance such as fabric spray that I can use to clean the spa’s bed. For today practical, Cik Gee asked me to help her wash all the manicure and pedicure tools kit such as nail clipper, nail buffer, nail brush, cuticle nipper (cuticle knife, cuticle clipper), cuticle pusher and many more. At first, I put all the tools in a bowl of hot water to kill the bacteria. Then, I wash the tools using warm water and wipe them by using a clean towel. This time , she showed the steps of doing the treatment and trained me to do it to one of her friends. For manicure, the tools that is necessary are including 
-Nail polish, a base coat, and a top coat
-Nail polish remover
-Cotton balls
-Q-tips
-A bowl filled with warm water and moisturizing shower gel
-A set of manicure tools that includes a cuticle pusher and cuticle blade
-Cuticle moisturizer

While for pedicure, i need to have 
-Acetone free nail polish remover
-Sea salt and a bowl big enough for both your feet
-Toenail clippers and a toenail file
-A pumice stone or similar device
-Foot moisturizer
-A cuticle pusher and cuticle clippers
-Toe separators
-Nail polish and top coat
-Q-tips
-Cotton balls
-Exfoliating gel

After that , i replaced the hair care products that already empty or damaged such syampoo and hair spray. Customers can do hair cut, hair wash, hair stlyling and hair treatment at this Spa. Next, I also clean the make-up table that will be used for the customers that want a make-up services. In this Spa, make-up service were available for a wedding, dinner, convocation or any events that customer need to attend and want to use a make-up service. Cik Gee gave me some tips on how to promote our Spa to the customer such as, tell them about the discount or package that will cut their cost or save their money. The majority of the customer that came today usually ask about the beauty treatment. This Spa offered a lot beauty treatment including scar treatment, acne treatment, dull and dry skin treatment, waxing and many more. The space of the rooms is a little bit small but it is comfortable and clean. I arranged the grass carpet that Cik Gee bought, in the bath tub and sauna room. Before that , i need the sweep and mop the floor first. Other than that, i also add some decoration to the other places of Spa. Cik Gee told me about the right techniques that she used to make sure customer feel less pain during their treatment session. For the best result, the treatments must be done using the beauty machines such as facial steamer, ultrasonic anti aging facial wrinkle remover and LED facial mask photon. The average for every treatment is about 2 hours.
