One example of an idea is for the government to raise awareness through schools, community centres, social media, news agencies and other methods. They can be information about reducing carbon footprints by walking more, eating less meat to lower methane production, and planting more trees to help absorb the carbon dioxide in our atmosphere. Spreading awareness allows for a more cohesive community that can fight climate change more effectively. Also, charity events can help raise money for citizens struggling to afford the cost of the damage. Furthermore, another solution is to organize festivals and activities that advocate the importance of protecting our planet. First, we need to be aware of our footprint and reduce the amount of waste we throw away. The decomposition of these materials is a huge source of greenhouse gases and climate change, so reducing waste cuts down on a greenhouse gas source. In addition, we can ride bikes or take transit more often to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions and reduce fuel production.
