Gebarentaal is een taal op zich met eigen dialecten. De naamwoorden zoals steden en namen beelden ze uit met het alfabet. 
Nadeel: Niet iedereen kent gebarentaal, dus je kunt maar met een beperkt aantal mensen praten.
Voordeel: Je hoeft niet te kunnen liplezen.
