 1. The first  week's case study I believe if I am to speak about myself was too early as the methodology to think and act like a principal was not  clear yet.
 2. some weeks included a vast amount of work rather on quality, I believe that lowered the quality of my performance.  especially since our objective is to focus on quality not quantity. 
 3. some VLC questions had no reference from our textbook or any given resources, therefore I had to search external resources to get an idea, especially because some terms were new to me such RTI.
 4. Considering that this is a summer course the work quantity and the number of hours I am spending, and the amount of reading is too much to keep up with. I only started the summer vacation on June 27, which was later in the course and I had a very hard time keeping up with the work deadlines. I am also facing difficulty completing research for the literature review along side all the assignments, readings, and VLC's. This is my third course with the PhD program, and so far the most difficult, although it is a summer course.

It is a summer course so the work load needs to be much less, summer courses at a normal university are usually condensed not only in time, but also in work load, I feel like the load for this course is actually MORE than the other courses.

I had also quite often difficulties to read the reference book and research other sources in internet, since I had to travel and this also made the quality of my work lower. Sometimes the lack of experience, or knowledge for some specific matters made me to do extensive research to understand the matter, but I would rather classify this as more time-consuming task, than as a problem. I am still not so proficient in my writing and it takes me long hours of writing / rewriting the posts, especially when I have to give examples from my school, as I am not always in position to have all the necessary information. I am finding difficulties to workout properly all VLC-s especially when there are more than two per lesson combined with two checkups.

I think that there should be more time given for life interaction. Also for the literature review or for some of the topics that require additional reading I am wasting too much time to choose between the abundance of recourses available online. More practical application through more case studies would make the course more beneficial in my opinion.
