I believe most of the commandments are followed but some like commandments 1, 6, and 10 are not followed fully. the computer is full of the world's information but also keeps people anonymous. This can make harming others and stealing things easy to do on the internet. I believe students don't do it often but those are the rules easiest to break.

These violations occur because of how easy it is to harm others and steal their ideas without being known. you can pirate movies and games very easily without getting caught. these things are wrong but easy enough to do that students can do it.

Rule 1 and 6 will always be an issue because there will always be people that want to harm others however it is very easy to block or simply ignore those people. However, if they do something more serious like hacking and copyrighting then the best way to reduce that is for devices and software to get better protection. There will always be these issues but as technology advances then defenses against this will protect you whether being harmed by cyberbullying or being hacked and your information stolen.
