I believe that Henry Morton Stanley was to blame for the 10,000,000 Congolese murders because he worked the natives to death, beat them, and killed them. Stanley traveled with many people and he didn't care about their health or well-being all he wanted was the power. He lied to many people, he said his purpose was for science and charity. He posed for pictures working along side the Congolese people so people would think he was working.
