         <description><![CDATA[<div>A1) An effective workplace planning means planning the objective of staff in a way that it meets the goals of the organisation.&nbsp;<br>The three reasons why Enterprise uses workforce planning is:<br>1) The possibility of growing the business into new markets, such as a truck rental<br>2) Using of new technology for better efficiency becomes possible<br>3) The gaps that are left after a staff members retires or leaves can be filled.<br>They make use of these to identify gaps as well as for enhancing their company.<br><br>A2) To attract high quality candidates Enterprise are targeting universities and these students become interns. Other activities that are done in the university to attract these employees are:<br>1) presentation on the company<br>2) attending Career Fairs<br>3) 'drop-in' sessions<br>4) mentoring programmes<br>These are used to attract applicants from universities, who are highly qualified.<br><br>A3) The Enterprise looks at competencies during recruitment, this provides them with high level of customer service.<br>The competencies that are required by the company are:<br>1) Seeing issues&nbsp;<br>2) Adapting according to the audience<br>3) One who is able to prioritise, deals with challenges and demonstrates resilience<br>4) Works cooperatively and seeks leadership<br>This translates into higher customer satisfaction as the employees can perform these tasks to fulfil the desires of the customers.<br><br>A4) By providing a career the benefit that the company attains from this is, the promotions can be done from within the company, which is a very cost-effective . Also to retain the skills in their business the Enterprise provides such benefits to their employees, as in the long run it helps the company in a great manner.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
