The three reasons why Enterprise uses workforce planning is:
1) The possibility of growing the business into new markets, such as a truck rental
2) Using of new technology for better efficiency becomes possible
3) The gaps that are left after a staff members retires or leaves can be filled.
They make use of these to identify gaps as well as for enhancing their company.

A2) To attract high quality candidates Enterprise are targeting universities and these students become interns. Other activities that are done in the university to attract these employees are:
1) presentation on the company
2) attending Career Fairs
3) 'drop-in' sessions
4) mentoring programmes
These are used to attract applicants from universities, who are highly qualified.

A3) The Enterprise looks at competencies during recruitment, this provides them with high level of customer service.
The competencies that are required by the company are:
1) Seeing issues 
2) Adapting according to the audience
3) One who is able to prioritise, deals with challenges and demonstrates resilience
4) Works cooperatively and seeks leadership
This translates into higher customer satisfaction as the employees can perform these tasks to fulfil the desires of the customers.

A4) By providing a career the benefit that the company attains from this is, the promotions can be done from within the company, which is a very cost-effective . Also to retain the skills in their business the Enterprise provides such benefits to their employees, as in the long run it helps the company in a great manner.
