For this task, we would like you to focus on a negative or memorable experience that you would like to reflect on and learn from to develop your practice. Try and keep the example related to your clinical or professional experiences; this could be from past jobs, current role, supervision experiences, interactions with colleagues, anything! Please write out a reflective piece of around 400 words.
