2. Collaboration PD between general education teachers and Sped dept.
3. PD for sped teachers and paras together. 
4. Can there be a mock ARD training of best practices for those teachers who are new or struggling? (kind of like the virtual one, but for when we do in-person ARDs again, and more detailed)
5. Collaboration PD with other depts within sped, or at least some sort of training for new teachers that really explains all of the available programs and options for our students. It's hard to make recommendations for my students when I don't really know what's out there, or are only getting bits and pieces at a time.
