1. Input vs power - how do we tell our story?
2. Tell teachers the whole picture: we are working toward being a highly reliable school. Give them the context of the whole picture. New time, resources, and encouragement

4. Know PLC purpose and how do we continue adjusting it to achieve your purposes.
5. We are looking to work on levels 1-3, we’ll discuss 4 and 5 later. Shows them the plan. Have team of teachers present that to everyone. Consider cross division team presenting, or names in presentations.
6. Get the teachers together as a team, put together the same presentation, then by division. Some slides customized for each division.
