I am a Certified Nursing Assistant for over twenty years. I am a full-time mommy, and part-time aspiring nursing student. This project resonate with me on many levels, because I can see the changes in our healthcare system pre and post Covid. Nursing shortage has always been an ugly truth, but now it's the elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about. These shortages are dismantling the core fabric of nursing homes today, and ultimately affecting those we care for.
