<title>Tabo the dog is the star of the school! In a school in Switzerland, Tabo the dog is a part of the classroom. Tabo creates a relaxing atmosphere for the pupils to work in. The children learn how to work quietly because the dog doesn’t want to be in a noisy classroom. If the classroom gets too loud, the dog walks to the door, as if to say “please be quiet!” and “you’re too noisy!”. At playtime the children have fun playing with the dog. It is like a reward for working hard. This makes the children want to work harder . </title>

<title>Classroom pets— is it cruelty? School is a place for learning and working. The pet would distract the pupils from their learning and working. The school is an unnatural environment for the pet. All the attention from the children and all of the noise would disturb the poor pet. There are other options instead of having a pet like a fish tank, growing sunflowers or other plants and vegetables. These also take responsibility and it would be rewarding to see hard work. Another option would be to have an unusual insect like a stick insect or watch a caterpillar growing into a beautiful butterfly. </title>
