It's end of year, and the QI team wants everyone to work on HEDIS hits for the health plan incentives (mammograms, colorectal cancer screenings, Well Child Visits, DM, you know the list). 
MAs, coordinators and providers have been informed and encouraged before, but people are busy and need encouragement. We are in the home stretch. Also, the data are incomplete and require some explaining.
