I used pastels to add more texture by drawling lines than I smudge them together on the top concer. When I used unity in my piece I did it by using colors that could be created off of yellow and red. After doing that I used yellow and want and make random lines with blue and red and my eyes closed as I make the lines. After doing that I used my journal to make the dust of pastels to make a dot affect. After they were down I used more red and blue paint. When I finished I used my hand and rubbed all over the piece.
