explain the activity-presented a tiktok about myself to the class which then raised questions from my classmates which i answered fairly confidently 


what went well?-it was successful in the fact everyone learnt about my life outside of college and the kind of person i am.

what would you improve on in reflection?-if i was to repeat this i would have made my tiktok longer and included more details of my life

explain activity-in enrolment i had an interview with Luke and showed him my grades and confidently answered the questions he asked me 

what went well?-i was successful enough that i was able to get a place on the course 

what would you improve on reflection?- I could have been here from the beginning as i enrolled late

explain activity - i went in to the pub cross keys in hoyland for a job interview and trial shift 

what went well?-i was successful as i was employed as a part of the kitchen staff as i approached this confidently

explain the activity during our behaviour and discipline i showed resilience as when i was struggling with questions i left them and went back to them after i had time to think about it.


What went well?-it seemed successful as i answered all the questions but 1 which was on something i had not covered 

what would i improve on reflection-i would revise more in advance to avoid struggling with questions so i can smoothly run through the exam.

explain activity-i had to be resilient in managing my time as it had a deadline it needed to be handed in by .

what went well-i handed my CSI assignment in on time and came out of it with a distinction

what would i improve-i would do it in a quicker time as i was rushing to finish it the day before the deadline which caused unnecessary stress

evidence 3-Football tournament 

explain activity -took part in a 5 a side tournament against other teams from different classes .

what went well-we showed resilience as we slowly grew into the tournament and improved with every game and grew more confident .

what would i improve-improve the team spirit beforehand so we went into the tournament with a lack confidence making it even harder for us because our heads were down from the get go.

explain activity-we took part in a 5 a side football tournament against other teams from different classes.

what went well-we slowly grew into the games and after losing the 1st game and then drawing the second game we won our last game against the teachers team as we developed a team cohesion

What would i improve -establish everyones position as we were changing peoples positions around until we found where everyone should have been playing.

evidence 2-CSI search 

explain activity-all walk in an organised line walking at the same speed to try and find evidence of a crime.

what went well-We were successful in finding the evidence and were all working together to do so and showed effective communication skills within a group

what would i improve -upon reflection the improvements necessary is team coordination as we sometimes broke formation and had to readjust and stop the search to get back into the correct formation.

evidence 3-Army field training

explain activity-we had to create a bridge as a team and get everyone to the other side of 2 wooden stands .

what went well-The majority of us successfully reached the other side as we correctly built the bridge for this until the last person.

what to improve-maintain the correct balances and get the order of poeple right as the we couldnt find a correct balance for the bridge to be stable and not fall
