This movement brought the problem of drinking to the people's attention, inspiring lectures and the founding of certain societies. All these actions started the decline of consumption of alcohol. Allowing education for women was started by a woman herself, who opened a school for woman. Having a domino effect leading to colleges opening their doors to woman. After they got they education they started to work towards health reforms. Leading to infirmary for women also studies that helped improve the health and lifespan of women.

This treaty gave the U.S.  Colorado, Arizona, California, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and New Mexico. Mexico got $15 million USD and $3.25 million of debt taken away. This is the treaty that ended the war.
