The school said no and the mother of the child took it to court<br><br>The outcome of this case was that the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) was required school boards to provide continuous nursing services to disabled students who would need it in the school day. <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rafael Oberti was a child with down syndrome and his parents wanted him in a regular educational setting, but he needed the necessary support that they weren't giving him which caused the lawsuit. <br>Both federal courts ruled that the school wasn't doing enough in the classroom for Rafael. This case established a test for school districts to see if they were in compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). </div>]]></description>
