The Comprehensive School of Andezeno is constituted 01/09/2013 and includes six municipalities: Andezeno, Arignano, Baldissero, Marentino, Moriondo and Pavarolo, numbering six Plessi of kindergarten school, six in primary school and two Secondary School .

I’m Lourdes and this school year I teach English to primary 4, 5 and six, Spanish to primary 4 and Art and Crafts to primary 4 and 5.We are a small school in a village named Berriatua. It is a very small valley surrounded by low mountains. It is an hour far from the capital city, Bilbao, of the county. Nowadays hardly anybody lives from farming on the scattered farmhouses “baserriak” in the village and in the neighbourhoods. There are factories where not only people from our village work but also from the nearby.The centre of the village is five kilometres far from the coast in the Bay of Biscay. It is in the Basque Country, an autonomous community in Spain.The school is in the square by the Town Hall and opposite the “fronton” a place where Jai Alai is played. A hundred and twenty students attend school from nine to four o’clock in the afternoon. Most of them have their lunch at the school canteen. Just a few go home at midday.School is emerged in various projects such as steam, e-Twinning, projects related with the environment (A21), ...The head master is Ana Badiola.
