Did you know that Alaska is home to more bears than humans. While we are in Anchorage though, we are going to study to Central place theory and how it relates to the economic development of Alaska as a whole. Anchorage itself, is an example of CPT, because as you move further away from the center of business, you can expect to see bears and more bears. This means that in the given region, there can only be one large city with smaller cities or in our case mountainous regions that surround it. The best part of Alaska is the awe-inspiring nature scenes.
