Sebelumnya saya berpikir Cikal melakukan ini hanya untuk idealisme pribadi Cikal sajadan tidak
memikrkan perekrutan ataupelatihan kepada guru. Karena kurangnya pelatihan IB Workshop kepada guru, begitu juga bagi yang sudah mengajar lebih dari 3 tahun.

Ternyata memang cakupan yang digunakan oleh Cikal bukan bergantung pada IB tapi bisa saja berganti sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dan juga senang mengetahui pihak HO telah memikirkan rubrik untuk guru agar dapat lebih mudah memahami dan mengimplementasi visi misi idealisme ini ke siswa dan akademik.

Mohon bantuannya agar selalu dapat melakukan dialog seperti ini dengan cukup sering agar kita semua sama-sama tahu dan memiliki positif vibes untuk mencapai hal ini bersama
