I remember this once when my teacher praised me in class because I got all correct for my mathematics exam. I felt like i was on cloud nine and my eyes dazzled in the light as i looked at her with euphoric eyes, while my jaw dropped as I was awestruck. I was intoxicated and over-the-moon by her praise.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the moment of truth is here! The winner of the Mercedes Benz is Ms LIm Tze Yin!" Upon hearing that i froze for a moment there and my mind went blank-I was surprised . After a few moments of blank stares i realised that i won! "Am i dreaming? Is this a dream?" i pinched myself in the arm and it actually hurt. i then realised " I WASN"T DREAMING!" In a moment of excitement I jumped for joy and punched my fist in the air while screaming esctactically" I WON! I WON!" i was full of ebullient and gave my family a bear hug. I never expect to win as I did it just for fun.I was just beaming with happiness as i went forward to collect my brand new mercedes car keys on stage while i happy tears streaming down my cheeks.

I remember once when I saw my teacher having difficulties carrying the report book and I immediately dashed toward her and helped her without hesitation. She then praised me for helping her and my eyes opened, fixed and stared at my teacher as that was my first time getting praised by a teacher. My mouth parted with a small smile and said "your welcome" i returned back to class with flushed cheeks as well as a big smile on my face.

My eyes glistening, sparking, tears of joy swelled up. My cheeks flamed red with excitment , I stood up from my sit and jumped up and down. It was a few days after the class submitted the composition writing class test and today, we were going to get the results. "Ding-Dong!" The school bell shirrily rang, thus starting the English period. As every minute came closer to our results, my heartbeat was going faster than a sports car since I was afraid to fail. "This test is worth 75% of your grade!" I vaguely remember my teacher nagging from a few days ago. I looked at the door as I saw a high heel step into the room. It was our English teacher with a forlorn and disappointed look on her face. She walked over to the table and banged the stack of compositions on the table top to get our attention. I jerked and swalled a big gulp in my throat. " What is these kind of results! Didn't I tell you to study better! " her voice reverbrated through the silent classroom. After that there was a moment of silence as she asked me to stand. I slowly stood up as my heart felt like it was going to explode, as I could feel the started of my friends. Our teacher started clapping with a small smile on her face. Everyone was dumbfounded. "You have scored the highest in the class and I will using your composition as the model compo. My classmated all broke into thunderous claps and gave me a standing ovation. I felt like I was on cloud nine with my jaw dropped. I felt ecstatic and I felt spellbound. I was fortunate that I did not fail but got good results. " You have also gotten highest in the sec 1 grade!" she commented with her eyebrows raised. With that, I jubilantly punched my fist in the air and triumphantly gave a soft scream of contentment as I sat back down.

I had always dreamed about my teacher praising me in class. Being very cheerful and joyful. I knew that that day would come sometime soon. When the opportunity came to show my best side in front of my teacher, I couldn't turn it down. I remember this once where a teacher had praise me for my actions. It was a school day and the English examintions were about to commence. I felt very tense that day as I had not studied for the exam instead I had been gaming for the past few months. Seeing that I have a half an hour left before the exam, I took the time to revise some notes that I had borrowed from my good friend. Half an hour later,
"Students! You may enter the room!" the invigilator informed us. My palms started as I entered the room. Everything was going fine when I saw and my eyes fell out as I spotted my good friend holding a small piece of paper. He was cheating!, my heart whispered. I was about to raise my hand but I felt bad that I was going to snitch on my good friend but I toughened up and raised my hand. The invigilator walked up to me and I revealed truth. He then confronted my good friend and he was disqualified from the examination while my jaw dropped. The invigilator praised my for my guts. I felt joyful but at the same time betrayed.
