         <description><![CDATA[<p>Giving students an opportunity to explore a topic of their choice....looking for items that represent doube digit numbers. Have students create addition statements with these numberical representations. Students could then take their numerical situations and write a persuasive writing piece about how if those numbers were changed, what would a different outcome be? How could different numbers change the topic area/sitaution they explored. They could then paint a representation of their original exploration compared with their newly created situation. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
