         <description><![CDATA[<div>If I lose concentration in football it will negatively impact my performance as I will not be focusing on what is going on around me for example there may be space to run into but because I am not concentrated I will not think to run into that space and if I do not run into that space I will not receive the ball as I may have a defender on my back.<br>If I am concentrated however I will be very aware of what is going on around me when playing. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If I have a lack of motivation in football I will struggle to play football altogether.&nbsp; I won`t be up for trying hard to win the game or tracking back to win the ball in defence for a counter attack, instead I will be sluggish when on the pitch meaning I will be slow to call for a pass, probably will seem bored when playing due to the lack of motivation.&nbsp; My personal lack of motivation impacts my performance when I'm&nbsp;losing a game or in the morning when I have just woke up.&nbsp; </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a defender if I am not motivated during training while working on my heading this then means during a game if I need to header the ball and fail to do so because I am unable to get enough power behind it as my technique is poor this can then result in my team losing goals because my weak header ends up landing at an opponent's feet close to our goal.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In football as a left midfielder they may want to cut the ball back because a defender is blocking the route towards goal so they may have to play the ball back to a teammate so they can try to open up the defence of the opposing team another way.  Another example of decision making is that when I am in the position to square the ball or shoot I will need to be able to think fast and decide what is the better option  and what will benefit the team.   </div>]]></description>

         <title>In badminton if you have good mental toughness you will be able to control your feelings due to mistakes, I was very good at this when I played badminton as I didn&#39;t take badminton very seriously when I played but when there was a prize involved I would get very annoyed when playing as I was motivated to win the prize but if I was getting beat and making mistakes I would let it reoccur in my head which affected me negatively.  </title>
