This transformation was brilliantly scripted because usually when we see a superhero, there's hardly any change in the character. But the character development here was astonishing and overwhelming.


This is where Marvel lacks. Except for suits & the beard of Captain America, Marvel has barely changed anything in its superheroes. The cocky-ness of Iron Man is great but eventually, it gets boring seeing it again and again.

DC is much more than that. DC openly shows the struggles of superheroes. Remember 'Justice League'? Batman knew he was old now. Contrary to his popular belief, he accepted he can't work alone.


Remember 'Wonder Woman'? The movie was more about her internal struggle to stay home or to be set free in the outside world and less about defeating the villain. You don't see such depths in Marvel movies. Maybe in 'Infinity War', but it was still an 'Ohh, there's a bad guy. Let's defeat him' kinda movie. Marvel needs to grow up!

DC has made the single worst comic book movie of all time- green lantern. But they have also made the best one yet. Marvel has some brilliant movies, but they should be no means be the gold standard. What they lack in cinematic brilliance, they make up for in fan service. This shouldn’t be happening. It’s a near 50-50 split between the two.

However, when it comes to comics, the quality becomes a split 50-50. DC has some brilliant comics and great animated series, while Marvel also has some great comics and captivating movies.

That has always been how it was until recent times. Now, Marvel's reach on animated series is beginning to become better and better, while DC is beginning to finally refine their movies up to a competitive standard. In the future, we'll be the ones gaining a lot of high-quality media out of this competitive battlefield as the playing fields become more and more even. Iron man- suit made up of gold titanium alloy
Winter soldier- he is there all year round
Wolverine- doesn't wear a fursuit. You'd visualize him to be furry but no he isn't 
Antman- he can be any sized and not just ant sized
Spiderman- only 4 limbs and doesn't shoot web out his butt
Mr.fantastic- he's just awful
