I have a 5 year old, born in 2014. I remember thinking to myself, wow, she is smart and I do not like using that word. She told me a balloon was translucent at the age of 3 (mind blown!) She uses the voice remote to play movies, or watch things on YouTube. She asks Alexa to play Descendents 3 at least three times a day, she snaps selfies, makes YouTube videos of her putting on makeup or opening surprise toys. She is fully immersed in technology and is comfortable with any kind of electronic device. Technology is her world. She wants to know how, what and why and a faster pace than we have ever taught before.
