Nursing Informatics

I work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Spartanburg Regional. Nursing Informatics can be useful in the ICU setting by using technology to reduce errors, improve monitoring, and enhance patient outcomes. In the CVICU, we have advanced monitors to show us hemodynamic numbers that aren't used on a typical floor patient.
