I choose Kanye West as the person that I wanted to write about because I always thought that he suffer from some mental problems. However, I did not know which one . He constantly display negative behavior over the years and his erratic behavior has became more apparent in the  media lately. Cousins(2015) declared that understanding how internal and exterior environment contributes what people do and do not do. Also appearance and experience.
 I believe Kanye West environment played a role in his recent erratic behavior in the news. I also thinks that he blames himself for his mother's death and never really got over it. He always displays himself as a extremely proud men an very boast full yet there was something that screamed mental illness. His high profile life and marrying into a family that made their living in social media is not an healthy environment for him. It seemed that he is surrounded by people who never say no to him. I believe that this played into his manic behaviors. I always thought that he was a narcist but when he told that media that he suffers from bipolar. I stated to understand why he was behaving that way.
Media and his fan state that Kanye is a brilliant man and that his rap style is like no any other.  
 He seemed to have it together in his profession life but outside of that he is a ticking time bomb.
Cousin(2015) stated that some people are able to have different types of cognitive skills and how some people are able to use their cognitive and emotion in some areas of their life  but not others. That rings out true when I think about brilliant in one aspect then the other. Cognitive theory best explains the Kanye's  experience because a person's behavior can change or be correct with the guidance from the social worker of a licensed therapist.
