Then in 2015 35,000 people have died on American roads. A 7% increased over the previous years, but the government doesnt know how many of the accidents were distractions. Over the past decade there was a train crash because the engineer was on his phone texting and he had missed the red light so,  the trains had crashed into each other. pg.11,12
