<title>While it is known that nonhuman primates are sensitive, intelligent &amp;nbsp;beings who share many important biological and psychological characteristics with human, those very attributes, unfortunately, make them prime targets for experimenters, who treat them as if they were disposable pieces of laboratory equipment.</title>

<title>Using non human primates is that they can be quite diificult to handle. Restraints are commonally required, but this can&amp;nbsp;cause the animal to experience stress and fear; this can sway the results.&amp;nbsp; They will use chemical restraints or be trained to accept the restraints.&amp;nbsp;</title>

<title>Inaccurate results can cause the experiments to have to be&amp;nbsp;run again. It also means that animals were essentially used in an experiment that was void, rendering their lives useless in terms of any suffering or death being in vain.</title>

After the isolation, monkeys were hostile, withdrawn, and unsociable</title>
