Having excess of body fats may increase the risk of developing diseases such as the cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes. Obesity is usually caused by an excessive intake of fats and sugars, and a lack of exercise. One of which is a cardiovascular disease is coronary heart disease, which occurs when the flow of blood in the arteries are blocked. Stroke also occurs when a blood vessel in the brain is blocked or ruptured. Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure in the arteries is abnormally high.</div>]]></description>
