Article II starts by talking about how the executive power shall be vested in a president of the United States Of America, the President, Vice President, etc. carry out laws created by Congress

Article III

Article III states that the Judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme court, in simpler terms the supreme court decides court cases according to the US Consitution.

Article IV

Full faith and credit should be given in each state to the public acts, records, and Judicial proceedings of other states. States shall have the power to make and carry out their laws.

Article V
